Following the fracturing of oil and gas wells, it's crucial to swiftly degrade the fracturing fluid within the formation and facilitate its flowback. This process is essential to mitigate the potential damage caused by the fracturing fluid to the formation itself. JINGKUN has innovatively engineered a Cleanup Additive that consists of a blend of fluorocarbon surfactants. This compound effectively lowers the surface tension or interfacial tension of the well fluid, expediting the fluid's rapid flowback. This not only reduces reservoir damage but also enhances the overall construction outcomes.

Key Features

High surface activity: Cleanup Additive can effectively reduce the surface tension of fracturing fluid and the interfacial tension between oil and water, the surface tension can be reduced to below 23mN/m, and the interfacial tension can be reduced to below 2mN/m;

The characteristics of high thermal stability and high chemical stability: Cleanup Additive is aged at a high temperature of 150°C for 2 hours, and the change value of the surface and interfacial tension is ≤1.5mN/m; it is resistant to acid and salt, and its performance remains the same under the harsh conditions of strong acid and high salinity Stablize;

Good drainage effect: The fracturing fluid added with Cleanup Additive can achieve a drainage rate of more than 60% after the gel is broken, which can effectively reduce the impact of the fracturing working fluid on the formation permeability.

Evaluation of drag reducer effect

The addition amount of Cleanup Additive is 0.3%-0.5%, and it can be directly added into the working fluid when in use and mixed evenly. The additive has good compatibility with other additives, rarely produces precipitation, reduces the viscosity of the fracturing fluid, etc., and the fracturing flowback rate can reach more than 60%, which can effectively reduce the residual working fluid in the formation and reduce the impact on the permeability.
