Paraffin Remover and Inhibitor

Paraffin Remover and Inhibitor JK-QF is a water-based solution designed for wax removal. This formulation includes a wax crystal enhancer and a dispersant. When introduced into an oil well, the water-based wax remover acts to disperse wax blockages. This dispersion process thins out the wax crystal grains, preventing them from coalescing and enabling them to be carried away with the produced fluid from the oil well. The product can also detach wax deposits adhering to the well wall. The dislodged wax blocks then continue to fragment into smaller pieces and tiny crystal grains, remaining suspended in the oil well fluid flow. As the fluid flows out of the oil well, this process aids in the removal of wax accumulations.

Key Features

High specific gravity, about 0.955-1.03 is more suitable for water-containing crude oil;

High ignition point, safe to use;

odorless;

Non-toxic, environmentally friendly products;

In addition to the excellent wax removal effect on oil wells, it also has a certain effect of wax prevention and viscosity reduction;

The water content of the oil well production fluid and the wax content of crude oil are provided, and the wax removal effect and dosage of the oil well can be preliminarily predicted through indoor evaluation.

Evaluation of drag reducer effect

It has excellent effect of wax removal and anti-wax, and also has functions of depressing pour point and viscosity, etc., and has excellent comprehensive performance. It is suitable for oil wells where the mass fraction of water is less than 50%, the mass fraction of wax is less than 30%, and the wax distribution is between C13 and C40. Field application results show that the wax remover and anti-wax agent has achieved continuous production of oil wells, improved the effective production rate of oil wells, and achieved significant economic benefits.
